Text, Photo, Temptation: Composing Successful Profile for Men
Part 1: Serious relationship (looking for a wife)
Photo. Half-naked body on a beach or dressed-up guy behind computer in office would not be the best choice for your personal profile. The best idea of a photo for profile with a serious intent will be one taken in a quiet, homey environment, in armchair, with a cat on your lap. Youve got no cat? Its just to give you an idea. Note: a picture with your past girlfriend will not be a good substitute for a cat. Borrow the animal, or just center the picture at your relaxed, smiling face, that will do it as well.
Words. You may be fond of your hardworking habits or your past victories with women, but those are the least things you want to show in your profile. She will not be attracted to you if you will tell her that you are here because you are a tired workaholic or, even worse, tired womanizer. Make your text neat and to the point, describe only the major features of your character, your interests in life and desires, the rest must be left for a chat with interested party.
Bait. This is the key content of your profile and it should be tuned to the type of a woman you are looking for. It should give her an idea on what sort of life is awaiting for her, if she will choose you. You can write, for example: On our honeymoon trip I will take you to Spain, where we will explore together the treasures of Prado and adrenaline of a bullfight! Or , perhaps, you are environmentalist and you need a soul mate, then forget the corrida, say My last three-day hike in Sangre de Cristo Range was a real revelation, I cannot imagine my life without a tent, backpack, and mountain trail. So, are you getting the point? Here is the last example, I just dream about waking up in my Malibu house from the laughter of our kids and barking of our dogs: this is my vision of happiness! She will get the message.
Part 2: A short romance (just a good time)
Your photo The purpose of your profile is to tell her that you are kind, fun-loving and joy-spreading person, that you will not load her with your problems and all that she will get from you is one or two weeks of a good time. Every picture confirming this statement will work for you. Any combination of you and a symbol of good time, such as you leaning on a limo, driving red Viper, straddling glittering chopper, getting tan on Ipanema beach, opening bottle of Dom Perignon, etc., or just giving your best smile to everyone, will suffice.
Letter You dont have to reveal in this text any depths of your personal life. She should know though, that with you she will get a brief but sweet romance, and that is all. However, you cant just say that you are looking for a bed partner. Any woman, even if she is exactly on the same page with you, will not like that. Some emotional element is important for women in any relationship. So avoid telling her upfront what it is all about.
Enticement. It will be a good idea to promise something romantic, because, after all, you are calling her for romance. Evenings with sunset and mornings with coffee will do. If you will be gentlemen to the last day, she will be OK with the end of that day. No unfulfilled expectations, no hard feelings, no long-term promises, everyone will go his (her) own way to look for someone else.
